One of the activities during the Ramadan Camp was to make a big book. This year the book was about a day in Ramadan ~ activities normally done in a day. Each page was done by a group of children guided by a teacher. The group brain-storm ideas on how to depict pictures from the sentences. Here is the story :

RAMADAN CAMP 2014
Ramadan Camp for the Junior 3 was held on Saturday, 12 July 2014. All the children were very excited to come to school for the camp. We had prepared several activities to explain Ramadan and things that are encouraged to do to get Allah's pleasure in Ramadan.
Recitation of the Al-Quran and memorising Surah.

Ramadhan By Amar (Let It Go Parody) [Lyric Video]
Found this Ramadan version of Let It Go. It was a hit with the children.
Hijab & Boys Head Wear
On 4 July 2014, we had a HIJAB & BOYS HEAD WEAR DAY. We asked the parents to join in ~ to put on the most creative hijab for mothers and head wear for fathers. Then we took photos of parents and their child. The objectives of this activity was to explain the 'aurat' for girls and boys, and the requirements to wear hijab for girls. We hope that this activity is will encourage those who have not covered themselves to do so. Here are the photos :
