Making egg sandwiches was a very challenging activity for the youngest in the school. It required lots of fine motor skills and was an absorbing experience for the children.
Step 1 : Shelling the eggs. This was a 'BIG' thing for the kids.

The egg shells were kept for some other craft projects. The following photos showed the children shelling the eggs.
Next - it was 'mashing up' the eggs. Every child loved this part. Ms Hidayah added some mayonnaise, salt and pepper into the mashed eggs.
Next - spread the egg mixture on to the slice of bread.
'This is how you do it! - spread the egg mixture, placed another piece of bread on top, make sure the bread is lined up together. Placed the sandwich in the container.
This is the way to make an egg sandwich.
