Frog's Eggs in My Drink?
In the topic on FROGS, Junior 3 looked into the characteristics, life-cycle, habitats, etc of frogs. At the end of the topic, the children had an interesting drink - a drink with frog's eggs in it!
It took a bit of coaxing for the children to try the drink but they loved it in the end after we told them it was NOT frog's eggs after all.

When soaked in water, the seeds outer skins absorb the water, swell and become gelatinous. Then, the swollen seeds are added to drinks such as rose syrup. They are tasteless.
