Crocodile Pudding

In the topic 'Reptiles',  the children made 'CROCODILE PUDDING'.  It's very easy -  make some custard pudding, colour it green for the 'murky' waters and add some green cherries (for the eye lids) and black currants (for the nostrils).  The crocodile is in the water with only the eyelids and nostrils seen.  It's delicious too!

'Fire Cupcakes'

Junior 2 decorated pinkish red cupcakes as one of the activities under the topic of 'FIRE'.   The children were supposed to pipe the icing into peaks to look like the flames rising up and colourful sprinkles on top to denote the colours of the flames.  It was not an easy feat for the children to pipe the icing into peaks on the cupcakes, but they did their best and the cakes tasted great despite the look!

Book Picnic at Taman Awam

 We had our Book Picnic on 10 April 2013 at Taman Awam. It was the first bus ride and outdoor trip for the Reception class and Junior 1 ~ they were full of excitement and joy!  many of our parents came along to give us many helping hands and to read with their children.   Thank you to all of you !

After the story telling by the teachers, the children took their own books and did quiet reading.
